Both Chlorophyll and Hemoglobin have an almost identical atomic structure, as shown in the diagram. The principal difference in the two molecules is that human blood or Hemoglobin consists of a central atom of Iron(Fe), while in Chlorophyll the metallic atom is Magnesium(Mg). Experiments have shown that severely anaemic rabbits make a rapid return to a normal blood count when chlorophyll is administered, the body seems to be able to substitute Iron atoms for Magnesium atoms and rebuild the blood, virtually giving the anaemic patient a blood transfusion. Click on the picture for more info.

A healthy quick breakfast routine.
1- first thing when you wake up drink one or two mugs of warm water with lemon juice.
2- a bowl of pre-soaked muesli which includes chopped Dates, Blackcurrants, Goji Berries, Oats, ground up Linseed and Sesame, dessert spoon of Yogurt, and water. Mix together the night before, about 3 mins, just place a plate over your bowl, in the morning just start eating.
