A simple cheap highly effective tooth paste.

This is what I use to clean my teeth it consists of these ingredients.

·       Dolomite:- finally crushed rock power consisting of Magnesium Carbonate and Calcium Carbonate with other trace elements.

·       Azomite:- a finely crushed volcanic ash rock powder which has a uniquely high distribution of trace elements and minerals.

·       Magnesium chloride:- this is the most absorbable form of magnesium, its primary use is for transdermal i.e. through the skin.

·       Colloidal silver:- purified water enriched with microscopic silver particles approved for the use of water purification, meaning it kills all forms of bacteria.

There are numerous beneficial aspects of this toothpaste.

The high levels of magnesium are absorbed into your gums, your body needs adequate amounts of magnesium to be able to utilise calcium for bone development, you can have all the calcium  supplements in the world, but if you do not have adequate levels of magnesium your body is not going to be able to use it.

Being extremely salty (Magnesium Chloride), highly alkaline (Azomite and Dolomite), and antibacterial (Colloidal Silver), it is a very effective anti-germ mouthwash.

The fine particles of Azomite and Dolomite gives a slight abrasive action which cleans the plaque from the enamel of the teeth.

Simply add 1 teaspoon each of Dolomite and Azomite, cover with liquid, 1/3 Colloidal Silver and 2/3 Magnesium Chloride. I place an oversized lid on top of the jar so that I can very quickly just take the lid off and stir my toothbrush around the bottom, makes the whole process very quick.

Possible modifications e.g. Add a few drops of peppermint oil or whatever other food grade oil that you like the taste of.
