Using Hydrogen Peroxide H2O2
Hydrogen peroxide's ability to kill bacteria in the human body has been well documented. It is important to note that H2O2 apparently does not produce free-radical lipid peroxidation, but instead stimulates important detoxifying oxidative enzyme systems. This is the direct opposite of what might be expected.
*Many people have found benefit in drinking diluted amounts of hydrogen peroxide, but it can be nauseating and cause stomach upset. It is better to bathe in it, putting 8 oz./236ml of 35% food grade H2O2 in a tub of warm, chlorine-free water and soaking for 25-30 minutes.
I add 3 drops to my alkaline water /1Litre.

*Alternatively, you could spray the body after a shower with 3% hydrogen peroxide, avoiding the eyes and hair.
*Spray vegetables and fruits with a 3% solution of H2O2 and then rinse, to remove pesticides.
*In the dishwasher, add 2 oz./60ml of 3% to the regular washing formula.
*In the wash machine, add 8 oz./236ml of 3% to the wash in place of bleach.
*As a mouthwash, gargle with 3% H2O2, and then rinse.
*Use baking soda and 3% H2O2 to make a paste for brushing teeth.
*As a douche, add 2 tablespoons of 3% to a quart of distilled water.
*For an enema, add 2 tablespoons of 3% to a quart of distilled water.
To make a 3% solution, mix 11 oz./325ml of distilled water with 1 oz./30ml of 35% hydrogen peroxide or 1L water to 90ml of 35% hydrogen peroxide. Always be careful when handling 35% food grade, and keep it away from children. If you spill some, wash the area with water to dilute it. If you get it on your skin, rinse under running water. The skin will temporarily turn white, but no permanent harm is done.
Store 3% solution in the Fridge.
Store 35% solution in the Freezer.
