This is calculated automatically by the system, if you feel that it is excessive, please send us an e-mail and we will have a look at it and give you an updated shipping price. Unfortunately sometimes the calculator can be a long way out especially in relationship to volume e.g. when multiple light weight items are ordered and they can be fitted inside each other.
