Orders sent by Australia Post. Expect 3-14 days (Sydney - Perth) for delivery. If you are not there when the delivery arrives, a card is left with pick up details from your local post office where you can pick up your goods. If you have not received the order within a reasonable length of time after receiving our confirmation of shipment e-mail, please contact the Australia Post Office that handles parcels for your postcode, they sometimes forget to put the card in your letterbox, if no luck here then please contact us.

For Packing & Shipping we charge $x per Kilo with a min of $6 and a max of between $30 to $50, depending on your location. The amount per kilo depends on the distance from our warehouse and either the weight or the volume of the item(as per Australia Post charges).This is calculated automatically by the system, if you feel that it is excessive, please send us an e-mail and we will have a look at it and give you an updated shipping price.

For International orders unless prior arrangement has been made we currently only ship internationally items from this category http://www.livingapartment.com.au/Products/LED-Grow-Lights-Free-Shipping-Worldwide shipping from this category is free ie included in the price, and we ship to most countries, when you enter your address, if your country is not on our list than we do not ship to your particular country yet. Delivery time is generally less than three weeks from payment finalisation. We will send you an e-mail once the goods have been shipped generally with tracking details. Lights have a 180 day warranty but must be returned to our HK warehouse for verification of the reason for failure. Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box as a signature is required on receipt of the goods.
