For Australia orders

Orders are sent by Australia Post. Expect 3-14 days (Sydney - Perth) for delivery. If you are not there when the delivery arrives, a card is left with pick up details from your local post office where you can pick up your goods. If you have not received the order within a reasonable length of time after receiving our confirmation of shipment e-mail, please contact the Australia Post Office that handles parcels for your postcode, they sometimes forget to put the card in your letterbox, if no luck here then please contact us.

For Packing & Shipping we charge $x per Kilo with a min of $6 and a max of between $30 to $50, depending on your location. The amount per kilo depends on the distance from our warehouse and either the weight or the volume of the item(as per Australia Post charges).This is calculated automatically by the system, if you feel that it is excessive, please send us an e-mail and we will have a look at it and give you an updated shipping price.

For International orders

Once payment has been received (see the payment options) we will either ship your goods via Australia Post using Airmail International, or if shipping from an overseas warehouse, we may use DHL, FedEx or UPS courier services.

We ship to most countries, so once you have entered your shipping Country & Zip/Postal Code, you will see 1 of these 3 shipping options Airmail (Asia-Pacific) or Airmail (US-Canada-MidEast) or Airmail (EU-RestOfWorld). No tax for International sales, it will disappear once you have registered your details.

Please note: for International customers if your goods do not arrive we will do our best efforts to track them down however we do not take any responsibility for shipment failure, if you would like to arrange for insurance of your shipment please contact us via e-mail.

Please remember we do not accept credit card transactions from overseas so pay via PayPal, or for Bank Transfer select the invoice option & we will send you our bank details.
