Payment Options

<<-- There are basically 2 ways you can make a payment. (International customers please use Option 2 - Invoice).
1. Credit Card & PayPal (Note not an Option for International customers, select the Invoice Option) - if you are choosing to pay by credit card you can either do it by directly selecting your credit card type and entering the details, as you can see by the check box, you have the option of allowing us to remember or not remember these details, this information is then passed through VeriSign to the Commonwealth bank using the best encryption software available.

The other option is to use the PayPal facility, this is a company that is a go-between, between the credit card companies and your bank, it keeps your credit card details so all you have to do when you purchase online using a PayPal account is to put in your PayPal password, this is a very popular system and millions of people use it.

2. Invoice - for Australian customers please select the invoice option if you would like to pay by cheque or do a bank transfer, you will receive a standard sales invoice e-mail, we will follow this up with our bank account details so you can either choose to do a bank transfer or send us a cheque.

For International customers choose the Airmail International shipping option, some categories of goods have Free Shipping, if you are purchasing goods from a category that does not have free shipping (purchases must exceed AUD $150) then we will work out the shipping charge and send you an e-mail with the updated costs.

Please remember we do not accept credit card transactions from overseas so it is best to select the invoice option until you know the final costs and then you can pay via PayPal or BankTransfer.

More information on PayPal - if you have created a PayPal account which is linked to your bank account but you have not also given them backup credit card details then your options for making a purchase using PayPal is either to 1- send an e-check, 2- add funds from your bank account to your PayPal account or 3- provide your credit card details as a backup. The last two options allows for immediate payment, the e-cheque requires up to a week to process. The reason why PayPal requires a backup credit card to allow an immediate transfer of funds is because they cannot get the money immediately from your bank account and for all they know there may not be any there, so the simple solution which most people employ is to give PayPal your bank account details and your credit card details the funds will be taken directly from your bank account, if there are no funds available then they will be billed to your credit card.
