Amethyst Infrared Heat
Mat with belt Size: 20*140cm.
main use for this belt or mat is to apply to specific areas of the body e.g.
can be worn as a belt around the midsection i.e. back or stomach, kidneys and
liver etc, wrapped around your leg (do not overlap the heating elements), there
are many ways it can be used e.g. on the couch while watching TV, connected to
the back of your office chair, or connect to a cushion and move it from chair
to chair and of course you can lie on it.
good thing about this mat is its versatility especially if you have back pain,
I can now work at the computer for much longer periods of time without
mat does not have the negative ion generator.

Pic.1&2 show the
heat pad from the front and from the rear, you can see how the belt has Velcro
strips on it, which passes through a sleeve on the back of the heating pad. The
belt can easily be removed, this may be desirable when lying down on top of it.
Pic.3&4 shows where the belt has been used to fix the
mat to the back of an office chair, it rests on the protrusion at the back of
the chair. We hope to be supplying some other fixing options but the belt
should cover most chairs.
Pic.5&6 shows where the belt is placed around a
cushion, this is very handy when sitting on the couch as it keeps it in place,
especially when you have it horizontally, otherwise it can slip down to lower
than where you want it, also just as an aside, I find this very convenient just
to slip it off the chair and then slip it onto the cushion as I migrate from
computer to lounge (i.e. Home office).
Pic.7&8 shows the belt being used on the leg/knee
area, the belt is a little bit clumsy so I tend to just use the mat, however,
it is important to remember not to overlap the heating part of the mat
on itself as this can cause overheating within the mat.
Pic.9,10&11 shows it being used on the bed, 9 and 10 show
where the belt has been folded back on itself this is kind of helpful when you
are putting it against the pillow for the area of your shoulders & the
neck. The other 2 positions will depend on your personal preferences, whether
you keep the belt or remove it i.e. slightly raised or flat.
