These lamps consist of 288 x 1watt high-intensity LEDs -> Red (138x660nm, 90x630nm) + Blue(36x460nm, 24xWh), all at 60°, 90°, 120° or a combination – your choice; they are designed to fit the colour spectrum required for plant growth, with a mix of 630 and 660nm Red, along with Blue and White, this light will give a very good results especially in the and fruiting stages.

The White LEDs, which have most of their energy divided between the blue(440nm) & orange end of the spectrum, as can be seen by the graph for the white LED light, the main reason we included these was that, they give energy to the 440nm chlorophyll peak & a sprinkling of frequencies right across the light spectrum, including as you can see in the orange part of the spectrum, that’s why they appear white, these frequencies appear to be like trace elements, as they are only needed in small amounts.

The lenses on these lights are interchangeable (but not quite as easy as they are on the 25W, 48W & 96W).

You can choose between having all of the LEDs at (60°, 90° or 120°) or you can choose them to be configured so that the central group has a wider spread than the surrounding group of LEDs on the border, the choice is (90° centre/60° outer or 120° centre /90° outer) we believe that these two configurations are the best option as they give a more even spread of the light intensity.

You can see in the picture of the 25W light at about 50cm height, where we have simulated the effect of overlapping transparencies and you can clearly see that the overall coverage has not changed that much, however the intensity is much more uniform.

Currently the 120° lenses that we have been able to source are frosted, so they look quite different to the clear lenses, however after testing their intensity the loss due to this frosting process was insignificant i.e. <5%, we will change them to clear when we can, mainly so that the lenses all look similar.

You can also purchase the individual lenses yourself, however they must be purchased at the same time as you purchase the light.

The coverage at 50 cm using 90° lenses would be approximately 170cm x 115cm.

The physical dimensions of the light are (28 x 67 x 7H)cm.

All lights go through a minimum of 48-hour burn-in testing.

Delivery time is generally less than three weeks from payment finalisation. We will send you an e-mail once the goods have been shipped generally with tracking details. Lights have a 180 day warranty but must be returned to our HK warehouse for verification of the reason for failure (Au customers can return to our Au warehouse). Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box as a signature is required on receipt of the goods, also the courier company (UPS or DHL) require a contact phone number.
