The kit is made up of :-

1x 4L Sprouting insert with drip bowl . Made in Japan colanders, it is a companiom item to our small colander sprouting set.  The beauty of using these colanders, apart from their many other uses when not sprouting, is that it is very easy to separate the husks from the seed. Tilting the colander allows greater air circulation ie from underneath, from the sides & from above.

1 clear lid, these have small holes which allow the sprouts to breath but not enough to dry the sprouts out, meaning reducing rinsing to once per day.

The bottom picture shows the use of a small ice brick to keep the sprouts cool, living in Sidney I have never had to use these.
