A range of seeds we have collected primarily for sprouting e.g. Broccoli, Wheat, Barley, Alfalfa, Fenugreek, Cress, Mustard, Radish, Buckwheat, Sunflower, SnowPea, FieldPea, Quinoa, Chia etc.
Organic Vs Non-Organic
When we can get organic seeds that are reasonably priced and have good germination rates, then this is what we present to you, otherwise it is clean ie non-treated non-GM seed grown for sprouting.
I eat a lot of sprouts, and I believe that once a seed has been grown for a week using our organic nutrients, than the fact that it may not have been an organic seed at the start, is of minor concern. However seeds that you are going to eat without sprouting e.g. I use them directly in my muesli soak, then these seeds, I would put a much higher value on them being organic e.g. Linseed/Flaxseed, Chia, Quinoa, unhulled Buckwheat, Oates, these seeds you will find are almost always organic on our site.
