One of the most nutritious & definitely the easiest sprout is the humble green lentil. It is ready for eating after two days sprouting and will keep a week and a half in the fridge, if stored correctly, ready to sprinkle on any salad sandwich or added to a stirfry, one hundred and one uses. These are organic lentils so they are more expensive, if organic is not a super high priority for you, than I have found the ones you get from the supermarket sprout quite well.
