Mustard Seeds - 450g

Mustard sprouts, like Cress, Broccoli, Radish, Wasabi, is a member of the Brassica family which are renowned for their high content of antioxidants.
Scientific research has discovered an abundance of powerful phytochemicals in the Brassica family which kill free radicals, & are considered to be some of the most powerful anti-cancer substances known. In countries, where a daily intake of Brassica vegetables is routine, statistics show low rates of cancer.
Mustard sprouts are best grown in a shallow trays, in the picture we have used loose coconut fibre with a teaspoon of liquid seaweed. The pictures taken at a little over a week after planting.
Mustard can also be grown less densley like the snow pea & just pick the leaves, this can be done for several months but needs to be in a larger pot.
The 450g is so it weighs less then 500g so we can ship to anywhere in Aust. for $6.
