Cress(Curled), like Mustard is a member of the Brassica family which are renowned for their high content of antioxidants, it is also well-known as a body cleanser. Cress is best grown in a shallow trays, in the picture we have used loose coconut fibre with a teaspoon of concentrated liquid seaweed. The pictures taken a little over a week after planting. Cress can also be grown to a full plant i.e. flowering stage in a larger pot or planter box in 3-5 weeks.
