Mangosteen powder and Linseed meal |

The pictures on the left shows the simple process of mixing your Mangosteen powder and Linseed meal together. First step is to grind up some Linseed in your coffee grinder, I use the attachment that comes with my Bamix wand, half fill your container, pour in the Mangosteen powder, add some more Linseed meal, give it a mix with a spoon, top up with a little bit more Linseed meal, put the lid back on and shake vigourously. You can see in the pictures that I've used one of those plastic containers that expels air when you close the lid, this combined with being in the fridge keeps the Linseed meal fresh and viable for at least 1.5 weeks.
